The cottage is located 1 mile M6, jct 19 and 4 miles from the historic town of Knutsford and Tatton Park in Cheshire Peak District.
The accommodation comprises comfortable lounge with an open fire and is equipped with a TV, video and stereo. There is a dining/kitchen room with modern cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and automatic washing machine/tumble drier.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and is equipped with a TV, There is also a twin bedroom.

There is a small garden at the front of the cottage and a patio, with garden furniture, at the rear. Off the road parking for 2 cars is available adjacent to the property.
