The cottages have been made out of an 18th century dairy parlour and have been finished to an exceptionally high standard, making them a very comfortable place to stay. Overall they are quietly understated - the use of wooden floors throughout, together with the sumptuous soft furnishings and flexible lighting gives a feeling of Scandinavian themes mixed with traditional rural architecture.
